AUZ505 and RikaLeigh found the following message hidden in the sword handle:
The site is titled "Enter password"
There is a textbox and a button named "(re)enter".
In the sourcecode the following information has been found by Olorin:

The password
janegerous found the password due to the hint "method":
poison
Indeed this is the english translation of the Kanji found on the sword
