Discovery
Following the solution of the EYE Challenge You Puzzle by the players without using the Codex image, EYE quickly published a new post on his blog. As usual on EYE's blog, the post includes just an image. This time the image reads:
Luck Will Not Help You This Time…
It links to a "No more luck.rar" file which decompresses into a "NoMoreLuck.jpg" image with a new encoded message.
The image in the background is a portion of "Knight, Death and the Devil" by Albrecht Dürer (1513).

The Sabotage
TSO posted a corrected version of the encoded message on their blog, indicating that EYE had tampered the encoding. The amended version includes spaces between words, and fixes a few letters (highlighted in bold font below):
