The home page for http://www.eyeamhere.com/ (can also be reached via http://208.109.1.121 ) has evolved over the course of Chapter 1.
Discovery
Originally, the page did not exist, and the URL would return a 404 error. The site was found when E.Y.E.'s Video Diary was discovered. The home page itself was added on February 19 (discovered 2 days later, through EYE's "..." Post).

When the page was discovered, its title read "E.Y.E. Am Coming April 1st".
Accessing the page reveals a simple text (the text starts blurred, and sharpens up within seconds; the animation is displayed via Flash (later on, at least one image, instead of text, was added to the set). The page displays one of the available sentences (see below) randomly; reloading the page will display another random sentence.
