Discovery

On April 14 E.Y.E. twittered a link to http://www.eyeamhere.com which has been updated.

The Video

The page now displays a video, with a set of letters on a checkered background slowly coming into focus:
letters3.jpg

B R E C O S
P H Q K F N
L D G J M I

While the letters are coming into focus, two messages briefly appear. The first in the top-left corner:

?crack=

letters1.jpg
The second in the bottom-right corner:

find 4 letters

AUZ505 detected that the flash is named

Mythology.swf

Nutley observed that there are only letters between "B" and "S".

Hints

On April 15, E.Y.E. posted several messages on Twitter

A clue has already been given nearly a month ago. Have you missed it?

RikaLeigh speculated that the clue might be this image from Dante's Gallery:
DG1.jpg

xx

(spec by ???) reference to use two times the diagonal pattern on the letters

For those trying to get in the safe: xx is a clue. There are 4 letters to jump from. Then there's 4 letters you jump onto.

(spec by ??) Hint to start on four letters which than will lead to the final four letters

Those four make up the code. Dante has spread 2 hints. One nearly a month ago the other, hours ago. Have you visited him yet?

To confirm RikaLeigh's speculation: Dante posted on Dante Myspace Account a second Diagonal image:
DiagonalDante.jpg

Solution

LaythT solved this puzzle by placing the two Diagonal images from Dante side by side, overlapping them to the image from the video and following the "Diagonal" pattern.

GEIS

Geis is an element of Irish mythology (see wikipedia entry for more information).
Players added the URL argument flashed in the video ("?crack="), and GEIS to either of the two URLs available:
http://www.eyeamhere.com/cts/crackthesafe.asp?crack=GEIS
http://www.eyeamhere.com/index.asp?crack=GEIS

Either URL lead to new information and a new Puzzle: You Have Cracked The Safe
